The Art Studio

My main art studio is located in the North East of Pennsylvania, USA, where most of my artworks are stored. It is a basement with both a painting scene and a backstage storage.

My art studio is a work of art in itself. The place where art is created is a playground. I see it as a living sculpture, a theatrical performance, a stage where stories take shape.

It is a white box where pieces and canvases move, both characters and scenery in a play. It is a trap for ideas, captured one by one, piece by piece. A cave of myths and symbols.

It is a series of large paintings, a set of tools, rolls of paper, canvases of different sizes, reference prints, paper notes, pencils, chalks, bottles, containers… The show must go on!
